About the build
As a video production studio with over 1,000 projects in their portfolio, HutchTV needed a website that could showcase high-quality video work without dragging down performance. Video is one of the heaviest assets on the web, so we took a deliberate approach to keep the site fast.
All video content is hosted and delivered through Mux, providing adaptive bitrate streaming that adjusts to each visitor’s connection speed. This offloads video delivery entirely from the website itself, keeping the core site lightweight and snappy.
The site is deployed to Cloudflare Pages, serving static assets from edge locations worldwide so every visitor gets a fast experience regardless of where they are. Paired with thorough SEO optimisation, Google Workspace email setup, structured data markup, and analytics, the site consistently scores 95+ on Lighthouse while putting Adam’s video work front and centre.
