Justin Taylor, a massage therapist in Tasmania
"Josh has been great to deal with right from our initial contact. He has helped us navigate the online world, and has taken the time to explain things and offer personalised advice to help us get the best from our online presence. Being complete technophobes, Josh's guidance and advice has been invaluable for getting our business busy within a short time. We would both highly recommend Josh without hesitation if you are looking to promote your business online."

About the build

Justin and his partner were self-described technophobes who needed a professional online presence to grow their massage therapy practice in Tasmania. The goal was simple: get found by local clients searching for massage therapy, and make it easy to book.

Built with Astro, the site is optimised for local SEO with structured schema markup that helps Google understand the business, its location, and services. The entire site is just 6.2 MB — lean enough to load instantly on any connection.

A big part of this project was guidance and education. Josh walked Justin through how search engines work, how to maintain their online presence, and how to get the most out of their website long after the build was done.
